Homeownership

One wonderful aspect of Habitat for Humanity is that it builds more than houses—it builds homes, lives and community. We hope this information answers some of your questions about becoming a Habitat for Humanity family.

The family selection process is impartial. HFHSECT does not discriminate on the basis of race, sex, sexual orientation, age, handicap, religion, national origin, marital status, familial status, or because a family’s income is derived wholly or in part from public assistance programs. HFHSECT looks forward to building new homes and lives in partnership with families.
